NATIONAL ART SCHOOL POSTGRAD EXHIBITION
Wednesday 5th - Sunday 16th November 2025
Interior Fractures (2025) investigates the potential of photography to move beyond the “decisive moment” and convey experiences that unfold over time. The work reinterprets the photograph as a sculptural image-object that traverses ideas of permanence and instability. Considering the exhibition site as active and unfolding, photo-objects and images are layered and re-situated into installations that echo with temporal complexity. Reflective surfaces capture the present moment, multiplying perspectives and implicating the viewer as a refracted double—inviting engagement through spatial awareness and bodily movement. The photograph emerges not as a fixed record of the past, but as a site of temporal negotiation—where time opens outward, and perception slows.
